As I look over the schedule I am overwhelmed with the amount of things going on. I ponder if I really need to write down the days and times I pick Michael up from school and then I remember when I booked an appointment 15 mins. before having to pick him up. So I think having it written down will remind me not to schedule stuff around that time. Where I am finding I have the problem is when people ask me "in advance" of dates and times and want a commitment "right then!" It is hard for me to operate like that but I still tend to agree not really knowing how this will overall impact the my week.
So it appears I have said yes to a lot this coming week and will have to try and scale down where I can. I am fortunate that I have a flexible work schedule...too bad they don't work graveyard then perhaps I could put in more time then! Now as to whether I can scale down the art lessons, rocket class, Valentine's Day party/card making, basketball practice/game, and Bible Study I don't know. I will pray that I can be at ease with this coming week and just take it one day at a time. Surely I will know when the day arrives what is of importance that day and if things need to be cancelled so be it!
